About me
My two greatest loves are Design and Wellness.
If I lose the design I have lost the wellness, if I lose the wellness I have lost the design.
As a child I was all about art and design, however, I experienced a great loss which tampered with my creative spark – so I spent my 20s travelling, surfing, snowboarding and then meditating.
I went to India to become a yoga teacher. I found creating classes and yoga flows brought out something in me I had lost. It was the meditation, mindfulness, and calm state that brought back creativity.
Along the way I have managed to pick up a degree in events management, so alongside my creativity I am also very organised, I take pride in tidy spaces (on and off the laptop).
I also enjoy the odd bit of chaos. I like to break it down into chunks, prioritise and then smash through it just in time for an evening yoga class or a Gin and tonic (It’s all about balance).
I am currently looking to join a fun and creative team In Bristol, UK or Remote.
